Hey Tonkawa, get ready for an EPIC day of fun and adventure at the Inaugural City of Tonkawa Summerfest!
On Saturday, May 25th, from 8 a.m. to noon, Blinn Park on N. Main Street is the place to be. Bring the whole family and get ready to make unforgettable memories!
You’ll find food vendors, face painting for the kids, and special photo ops you won’t want to miss. But that’s just the beginning!
The real showstopper is the EPIC Touch-a-Truck event, where you can get up close and personal with Police Cars, Fire Trucks, Semi Trucks, City Tractors, and even a Helicopter!
Plus, Storm Chasers Mobiles, Ambulances, and Military Vehicles will be on display for you to explore. It’s a truck lover’s dream come true!
Booths will be set up to provide useful information to keep you safe from the Police Dept., Fire Dept., City Public Works, and Storm Professionals. As always there will be free goodies (swag) to take away!

Tonkawa, “The Wheatheart of Oklahoma” is located in Kay County in north central Oklahoma on Interstate 35, 100 miles north of Oklahoma City and 75 miles south of Wichita KS.
Take exit 214 for U.S. Hwy 60 and go approximately 2 miles to U.S. Hwy 77 exit that takes you into Tonkawa.
